We are delighted to invite your organisation to the 18th Transgenic Technology Meeting.
The TT meetings are the principal activity of the International Society for Transgenic Technology (ISTT) www.transtechsociety.org which is the largest society focusing on generation of transgenic animal model.
We are truly looking forward to having this meeting in Houston. Houston is one of the most diverse cities in the United States, and importantly, is home to the Texas Medical Center, a collaboration of 61 member institutions that are world leaders in life science innovation and human health. We are also the home to NASA’s Johnson Space Center, which has served as a hub of human spaceflight activity and a training site for the astronaut corps in the USA.
The majority of delegates (approximately 70%) are based in the USA or Europe along with others from Japan, Asia, Oceania, South America, India and the Middle/Near East. Attendees at ISTT meetings include scientists, principal investigators, core directors, technicians and students who take the lead actions to develop research areas using animal models. Most attendees at ISTT meetings are those who make recommendations or decisions relating to departmental purchases for scientific pursuits.
